- Items must be in unused and resalable condition.
- The grace period for all returns is 5 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom and Personalized Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
- Purchases made during the holiday season (typically November 24 to December 31) are eligible for return until January 15th.Same conditions as the standard return policy apply.
International Returns:

Refund Processing Time:
